• Please RSVP as soon as you know if you will be able to attend. All RSVPs will be collected by July 15th to allow the bride and groom to plan accordingly. If you are unable to attend we will miss you!

  • Please arrive by 3:15pm to find seating and allow the ceremony to begin promptly at 3:30pm. If you are late we ask that you not interrupt the ceremony and wait until 4pm to enter during cocktail hour.

  • The welcome party dress code is summer casual.

The wedding day dress code is semi-formal. Men can wear a suit, blazer, or a nice button-down shirt with dress pants. Women can wear knee length or midi length dresses or jumpsuits. Please no jeans.

Colors and patterns are encouraged! The wedding ceremony and dinner will take place outside. Days are warm and nights are cool in Napa so please dress accordingly!

  • The venue has a strict capacity, so we are unable to accommodate children who were not formally invited. The bride and groom will include the child’s name on the invitation or will personally let you know.

This will be an adult centered event, so we do encourage you to take the weekend to make it a date night, if possible!

  • The venue has a strict capacity so we are unable to invite additional guests who are not invited on your invitation.

If we have accounted for you to bring a guest there will be a place on the virtual RSVP to add their name.

  • Yes! If you have any allergies please let the bride and groom know ahead of time.

  • If you plan to extend your trip and want some recommendations for what to do in the area, the Napa Valley Welcome Center is a great resource for planning wine tastings, transportation and activities. We recommend booking reservations in advance as September is a busy month in Napa.
